There's only one word to start this review and it is "INCREDIBLE"! On August 12th I suddenly realized that I had failed to wish a very good friend of mine Happy Birthday as promised. So I immediately decided to apoligize with flowers. After navigating through the countless online call center florist I located the House Of Flowers in my friend's zip code. So I called and spoke to Anna. My first question was can you deliver a flower arrangement today. The answer was an immediate yes; keep in mind that this was at approximately 11:30am. So I explained situation and ordered a $150.00 arrangement because I wanted it to be nice. Well "nice" did not begin to describe the arrangement. It was simply gorgeous and stunning! If you want beauty and honesty talk to Anna at the House of Flowers. Keep in mind that I live in Texas so I could have easily gotten a blaw arrangement, but this was not the case at all. Thank you Anna, my friend said that they were the highlight of her birthday!

I’ve been buying flowers for my wife from this shop about once a month for the past year and a half, and they knock it out of the park every time. Their arrangements are always unique, creative, and beautifully put together. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely great to work with. They consistently create arrangements that feel thoughtful, distinctive, and far more special than anything you’d find at a typical flower shop.

My wife adores flowers so I end up ordering them pretty much on a monthly basis. But I was so disappointed with my last florist that I decided to give House of Flowers a try for this Mother's Day. The process was simple enough: I called, spoke to a lovely lady named Elizabeth who patiently walked me through the process, and ten short minutes later, I got the order confirmation. I did mention that I needed the latest delivery possible as we wouldn't be home early on in the day, to which Elizabeth responded that, although she couldn't promise a specific time, she'd add my delivery to the afternoon deliveries. All done, I went about my day, satisfied in my knowledge that they'd send a quality product. Sunday rolls around and I wonder where the flowers are. Curious, I go through my front door camera recordings. Well, someone didn't bother to read the memo because the delivery person just left the flowers in front of my door at 9:55am, then didn't even bother to ring the bell before leaving. I wasn't able to get out there until 4:40pm (hence my reason for asking for a late delivery) and they just look like garbage (photos attached). I bring them in and the roses have petals peeling,

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with such attention to detail that it’s clear they care about their craft. The customer service was equally lovely: kind, helpful, and professional. Anna was fantastic to work with and has an incredible eye for detail. Highly recommend for any special occasion! The BEST flower shop in Vegas!
